Help Calendar data

Hi Everyone,

I am interested in using the HTC Calendar for my Sprint Hero. I would like to store my calendar data on the phone itself rather than on a gmail acct, etc.

Is it possible to store my calendar data locally on the device either to the built-in memory or the SD card?

Yes, go to settings, data sync, google, and uncheck the box for calendar. This should store your events in the calendar only.
