Help Calendar Improvements

Anyone know how/where too submit suggested improvements to google for android, and in this case specifically for calendar?

Anyway, I want to add reminders with alarms, that are not events, and see them in Calendar, not have them hidden on the phone so i don't see them, so they can be edited.
I don't want a third party app!
I also want to be able to set the alarms to whatever I want, they are currently very limited, i.e. too short (why did google do this, why restrict people tom what you think they need/want?).

Also, when I get an alarm for these reminder and all other events, i want to set the snooze on each occasion to a time I choose, not 15 mins for everything!

Why the aversion to third party apps? Would you buy a computer and refuse to install any software other than what came with it? Many third party calendars can show tasks (with reminders) as well as appointments, which is as close as I know of to what you want. Some have more flexible snooze options too, as well as repeating alerts. Or you let an app called Calendar Snooze handle reminders you can have flexible snoozes, repeating alerts etc with any calendar app.

There are places you can send feedback to Google, but I need something better than a phone to find them (small screens are a pain for search). But I'm afraid that Google are not a company who listen to suggestions from users, so you are almost certainly wasting your time expecting them to do anything.
