Help Calendar sync problems

My calendar isn't syncing with my hotmail account anymore since the update. I've done a factory reset and all the rest of it but still no difference. this is very important as I use this feature a lot for meetings etc. Any ideas?

I've been trying to sync my HTC Sensation with my Outook 2007 at my office and at home using HTC Sync. It works but very bad.
Is there a better sync software or onother solution?
