I use the calendar to not only make sure I don't miss an appointment, but also to take notes about said appointments. So if I take an appointment (either that I initiated or is sent to me by an appointment invite) and someone is listed in the "GUESTS" field of the event, the droid will automatically send all my notes to the other guests.
While that's not a problem during the invitation stage, if I make some observations during the appointment and record them in the description of the calendar event, these will be broadcast out to each guest.
Example:
I accept a meeting from John to discuss a sales opportunity.
During the meeting I learn that I can make extra profit during the sale because I happen to see the competitors price, so I put in my notes to make 30% profit.
Those notes get emailed right back out to John, who then knows that I'm raking him over the coals. Heaven help me if I make a comment like John was being a jerk during the meeting.
How do I stop these emails from being automatically sent out?
