Calender advice needed

I work a shift pattern of 2days 2nights and 4 days off then every 7 1/2 weeks 18 days off, could any one recommend a calender that i could easily load this pattern into ?.

That's hard for me to wrap my head around but for one thing you might check the "Best Calendar App Thread. There are three betas out that have fairly sophisticated repeat options--a good opportunity to try them while they are free:
Pocket Informant (PI)
Calengoo
Business Calendar

I'd try PI first, as it seems the most sophisticated.
