Calibrating my G1

I've seen in many websites that calibrating my G1 works and i tried it yesterday...and i also noticed that doing it a lot of times helps even more
but my question is how often can i calibrate my g1 without damaging my battery?

According to the battery experts ... you should avoid taking any Li-Ion to zero... Ni-CD are a different story
they have a memory where Li-Ion does not have a memory ...

But I don't think only doing it a couple of times in order to calibrate your g1 is going to do it that much harm. And the payoff is a far more usable charge.
