Call audio through tunelink auto (Bluetooth)

I have this Tunelink auto connected to my Droid 2 via bluetooth, right now it only outputs my media audio through it, I was wondering if there was a way to change the bluetooth profile to make the media and call audio to go through the tunelink device?

The specs for Tunelink should indicate if it supports the headset profile. If not, you're out of luck.
