Call back numbers on voicemail.

Voice mail does not state the phone number from the caller. Voice mail is not giving me the actual person who called and what the caller's number is.

I agree, I accidently erased a voice mail. And I can't get the callers number, because it doesn't show on my recent calls. It only shows voice mail

Hello and welcome to the forum. This is a carrier related issue. You might need to reset your voicemail. On most device touch and hold the #1 button on the dialer. This will give you instructions on how to do several things concerning your voicemail. Or you should contact your carrier for assistance in doing this. Best of luck.
