Help Call Barring Problem

Hi. I'm new here and I've been searching a great solution for my problem about my phone for hours. My phone blacks out when having a voice conversation and I can't access skype with it. I have so much time struggling with it. Please help me with this, my service provider isn't responding with my e-mails. Thanks in advance.

Most phones have a proximity detector to blank the screen during a call when holding the phone up to your ear.
Move the phone away from your ear and make sure you do not have any part of your hand near the proximity sensor.
In a few seconds, the screen should unblank.

Oh, now I see. But I was still wondering how will I can remove that sensor because it's really giving me a hard time to communicate with skype specially when I plugged in a headset, the screen blacks out.

I thought it was because of my call barring setting because my sister worked at Metropolis a month ago and she said that call barring maybe the one factor that affect my phone while having a call.
