Call blocker Idea

[hussainfhs]

Did any one knows about call blocker for android who could say "the dialed number is powered off" to the caller instead of busy tone bla bla.............
I am using Root Call Blocker, it had multiple options but I need the particular one that could say to caller, the number is switched off, no longer exist, unreachable etc......

Almost.
8 Reasons You Should Be Using Google Voice (If You’re American)

Block Phone Numbers

For some reason, blocking phone numbers isn’t often easy even though we live in 2013. Google Voice allows you to block calls from specific numbers. The caller will receive a “Number not in service” message when they call you, so this may even fool telemarketers into removing your phone number from their lists.

So, not an app or Android-specific, but...port your number to Google Voice and forward it from there to your phone (or if you have great data connectivity use Talkatone/GrooveIP all the time).
