Call blocker that only allows one area code thru?

I am looking for a call blocker which will only allow one area code thru in the evening.

I have to work evening support sometimes and I want only my local area code to be allowed to ring. All others should ideally get rejected rather than go to voicemail.

I only want it active at night to ideal to have the ability to set up profiles, second option would be ability to manually turn on/off.

The ideal block will be
Blacklist
***-***-**** and unknown

Whitelist
808-***-****

I sound like a broken record... but Tasker?

Set up a profile that:

- checks the time
- checks the number calling

If the number isn't from the area code specified, then pick up and hang up?

Fair enough - but when one app does the job of hundreds, it might be worth the 15 minutes of reading it takes to understand the program...
