Call blocker?

Well I don't have a clue what I'm doing, but I would like to bump this up to July 2014 as I would guess there have been some changes & up dates...
First, I got one of the top rated call blocker apps. and it worked on the calls I blocked, problem it worked on others too including texts... I thought it was my phone messing up and chunked the exceed and bought an exceed 2 and now I need to come up with something to block a number that keeps calling and wanting to talk to different people I have never heard of, they have got to know that those different people don't have the same number as mine...lol...

Root Call Blocker and Call Master are both very good call blocking apps by the same developer, but they do both require root.

Call Master is the more advanced version - think of it as Tasker for call handling.

Advanced Call Blocker works very well for me without requiring rooting the phone.
