Call Blocking Help

Hi Everyone,

I studied same topics with "call blocking" on this Forum but found no specific solution.
I want to block all incoming calls and sms programatically without the user interaction with phone in a specific time...
I have found some source code but here I don't know how to create AIDL interface. the Link is:
