Help Call DURATIONS GONE!!!

Call log or during a call?

Call log shows the time if call. Going into an individual event gives the duration. In call, it only shows if keyboard isn't up.

Could you elaborate on your issue please?
 
If I goto my call logs usually it would say who called/I called and how many times to the right. Once I tapped on it it would go into details of what time the call took place which it still does BUT it doesnt give the call duration for each call like it used to. Before JB on ICS. During the call it still shows
 
Odd. Should be there. Heres mine... forgive the appearance. I themed mine.

If your duration isn't the same as mine, you may need to clear data on the dialer storage and phone app
 
Android settings, applications manager, all and locate "dialer storage" and open it. Clear data. Same for phone.

Not sure if this clears call log so backup first using sms backup+ which will backup sms and call logs to Gmail
 
Can you ring a number you don't care about please? Like electricity company etc then take screen shot of call log?

+1 Here. I'm fairly certain call duration times were available while on ICS, but, nada on stock/un-rooted/unmodified JELLY BEAN 4.1.1 on SPRINT.

(Couldn't clear data on dialer, but, was able to on phone, but, call logs remain, w/o call duration times).

Not a biggie, as I'm sure I can get this information on SPRINT's website, if I should ever really need it.
 
Out if interest, if you use sms backup+ to backup call logs, does the duration show in gmail? Again mine does
 
This is missing my unrooted ATT 4.0.4.

No duration.

Went to clear Dialer data but all buttons are ghosted out except for Force Stop...
