Apps Call function in app

I want to implement phone function in my app for example as in viber. So user able to call each other inside my app. Please could you help me find documents or any information how to realize this function.st a library?

hello. you don't quite understand me correctly. i want that in my app was my own phone function and not use another. Okey, i want realize phone function which is similar in what's app, but my own. So people which installed my app will able to call other people who installed my app too. I.e. call inside my app I search information how this function is realized.
