Call Greeter?

Hi,

I can't seem to find an app like this anywhere and think it should exist so I'm seeing if anyone here knows of one.

Essentially, I'm looking for a call greeter app that works like this:

1. Person calls your number
2. They receive a pre-recorded message
3. The call gets sent to you.

This would be wonderful for small business owners like myself, as I record every phone call and callers must be informed that calls are recorded. It's also great for informing them of other basic information.

Also, yes; I am fully aware that Grasshopper exists, but I don't like monthly subscriptions and would rather pay once for lifetime usage.

Anyone know of an app like this?
