call hearing problems

Hello I have a Galaxy 3
When I call or someone calls me,
Can not hear the conversation on both sides

Interestingly, the application VIBER excellent hearing.
Anyone know the problem?
 
Probably poor coverage? The phone call uses cellular signal. Viber uses internet. So if you ate connected to a good wifi hotspot, Viber would work great.
