Recently, calls made and/or received, may or may not appear in "Call History" of my wife's HTC EVO Shift. IS this a Sprint system problem or a problem with my phone?

Recently, calls made and/or received, may or may not appear in "Call History" of my wife's HTC EVO Shift. IS this a Sprint system problem or a problem with my phone?

Some smartphone users remove certain calls/texts from the history for various reasons.

Glitches in the carrier/provider can cause this to happen from time to time, as well. Very rarely, though.

I've never seen a non-rooted device lose call history. However some rooted phones will have services borked by either the user or by the custom ROM developer, causing this and other base issues.

The phone is not rooted and can't think of anything that changed with the phone. [Sprint company store did a 'factory reset' about 6 weeks ago.] Recently some calls stopped appearing in call history - both incoming and outgoing.
