Help Call Issues Sound

[Sound Issue]

Hi. I'm having a problem whereby when people call me they can't hear me. I've checked the microphone, factory reset the phone and checked volume issues, noise cancellation et but the issue still keeps happening. The network signal bounces between 0 bars and 3 a lot but is always at 3 bars if I change to 2g. It's the 4g that seems to be poor. What else could be causing this besides the microphone and network? Are there ay fixes? The only oner issues I get on my phone are poor memory and poor battery life.

Not knowing what phone you have, I can only guess that the phone is somehow muting the microphone during calls. OR the microphone itself is bad.

Install Easy Voice Recorder from Play and try recording something. Recite your favorite poem or something... if the microphone is faulty, you'll find out in the playback.
