Help Call problems

Does anyone know why my M8 has call problems. I can hear the caller or the person I called but they can't hear me. My phone started to do this about three days ago. ??

Does this occur using the handset, speakerphone, or a headset? Can you use voice search to test the bulit-in microphone?

It's when I use the handset. I've not tried the headset. I will though.

You can try running the diagnostic test to check the mic.
