call quality c771 vs. c811

Anyone here have the c771 before this phone c811 think the call quality sound for both me and the persons on the other end is better.

I just lost my c811 and am using my c771 and my grandpa keeps telling me that the phone is so clear, and that he can hear me so good and clear.

Plus I dont get good reliable service at my house as it will drop calls half the time. ANd he still tells me that it is so clear!

I agree with you. I have hearing issues and I have a terrible time hearing callers. Its not a volume problem, the phone is plenty loud. There just seems to be some kind of distortion. I did not experience this with the C771, or the Droid Razr Maxx I had in between.

That being said, I am still very happy with the phone.

yea its not a deal breaker by anymeans. just wondered if anyone else noticed the same thing.

the c811 feels better in the hands and is easier to use one hand. that one thing i like better than the c771
