Hey Everybody
I got my Oppo Enco Free headphones almost half a year ago. Everything worked fine.
But then after a few months of using them the call quality got horrible. Listening to music normally works fine. But whenever my phone switches to "call mode" i.e. Whatsapp, Discord or Phonecall, the call sounds bad and the microphone too. I've updated my phone to the latest version and I updated the headphones with HeyMelody. I switched to safe mode and it was the same case. I changed the Bluethooth settings in the Developer options and nothing changed. I unpaired the headphones and paired them again.
If I connect a different pair of headphones, like my Bose QC35 the call is normal. And if I connect the Enco Free to another pohne, like my moms iPhone, they also work fine.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
