I have the Samsung galaxy on5 from T-Mobile. I call or people are calling me and I can hear them perfectly fine but they can't hear me at all. Also I've tried th "ok google" search and the voice settings aren't working. I don't understand why. Is it a mic issue? Please help, I don't want to factory reset.
