Call ringtone

all of my sound settings are set to the max and my sms ringtone goes off fine wen ppl call my phone wont ring or vibrate have no clue how to fix please help oh and ive tryed diffeent ringtones ad turning phone off and waiting then turning it back on but it stil does the same thing
