call/sms blocking apps

so when mr number's latest update added a bunch of unnecessary social stuff, it made me look at its running services and it was huge! so I used titanium backup to get the preupdate version, but now that I'm aware it's still by far the biggest thing I have running. with push notification, background notification and incoming call all three services are asking for ~15mb of memory. bigger than tasker, bigger than maps, system monitor...so now I'm wondering if there is a more lightweight program out there? what do y'all use and how big are they? or is 15 mb a reasonable request for a call blocking app?

Yeah I noticed Mr. Number added all these features I didn't want after the update. I'm still using it, but would like to seek a replacement app as well.

Well, at least I no longer feel alone regarding its RAM hunger. I've been thinking of dropping it altogether.
