Help Call voice notifications add the word "quarter" after all of my contacts. Why?

Hi, I'm using this neat call voice notification feature where the phone calls out the name of the contact calling me or the specific number (if it isn't a contact). The weird thing though is that it adds the word "quarter" after the contact. If a contact called John Smith calls med it says, "Bla bla bla, John Smith Quarter...".

Anybody here that's experienced the same thing? Do you guys know the solution to my problem?
