Help Call Volume problem please help

On my Samsung Galaxy s3 it has a bug where sometimes people are unable to hear what I am saying when I call them but I can understand them. They say it sounds faint and distant and far away and can't even understand me when I speak into the mouthpiece by holding it right up to my mouth and speaking loudly.

The issue is fixed every time by restoring my phone to factory settings but this happened a few days ago and that fixed it it happened again today where I would make a call (after this worked perfectly last phone call) and the person on the other end of the line said hello a few times and hung up it was as if they couldn't hear me at all I called back a couple of times and finally they could hear something faint and distant that sounded a little like me thats all they said Is that my name

So I reset my phone to factory settings and its fixed again for now.

Is there any app or program I can use to fix this its not a signal issue. I just hate having to reset my phone and have to manually replace apps data contacts etc,

Is there a fix for this it seems like a software issue and not an issue with the mic since I can talk into the mic fine and hear my voice back even when it was doing this.

I've also ran into instances were someone had issues hearing my phone calls. Try turning off 'Noise reduction'. Start up your 'Phone' app, go into the 'Call Settings' menu, scroll down and uncheck the 'Noise reduction' checkbox.
