Help call waiting issues on Droid Turbo

My husband and I recently upgraded to the Droid Turbo, I have the 32GB and he has the 64GB Ballistic Nylon. We've been having problems with the call waiting feature, it does not work on a consistent basis. This is the second time, the first time it happened I called tech support at VZW and it was fixed now it happened again. Has anyone experience this problem and can they recommend a solution?

It essentially says ... if it happens ... reboot and if the problem still exists call customer service.

Never had that problem either, but it sounds like a verizon fix. This is why I always tell people to text me.
