I'm sure there's an easy answer to this and it's just me being a bit thick...
Today I've had a couple of occasions when I've been on a call and someone else has phoned (it doesn't happen very often, I'm not that popular!) I can put call 1 on hold and speak to call 2, but then when call 2 hangs up I'm left with call 1 on hold and with no way I can see to take them off hold, it just has 'End Call'
Any ideas?
