Caller can`t hear me

Hi,
This is not a network problem. I had my HTC desire with both UZO (tmn-meo) and Rede 4 (Optimus) ( 2 different Portuguese networks) for long time, and both had this issue.
HTC desire is simply very bad.
Now that I have updated to AOKP vj with android 4.2.2 and it started to do this all the time I phone someone...!

Well I never had this when I used my Desire.

Of course, I've noted! But I still use this old HTC desire mobile, don't have another and don't want to buy another.
Searching Google for this problem sent me to this forum thread, and I update it with my truth.
This is a good phone if the calls just worked Without problems.
Sorry, I don't understand this problem that I recurrently see raised in many foruns of answering to old posts. Some forums block old posts! Do you want instead for me to open a new thread (not!) Or give up fixing my phone because it has more than 3 years?

No, no need to open a new thread 
Sometimes we point it out just because people address a comment or solution to previous posters when the people have long moved on to other devices.
Unfortunately I can't suggest a solution because my Desire never had this problem in the 3 years I used it.
