Root Caller hears echo fix

On my LG Volt, my callers were getting a terrible echo of their own voice while on any call, VoIP or regular cell line.

Grabbed a twistie-tie from a loaf of bread, stripped off the paper, and used it to clean out the upper microphone hole by the IR blaster on the top of the phone and poof, that echo is no more. Hope that helps someone!

You should probably use something like a toothpick rather than metal, but good tip! :)

Agreed. I was a little worried about it but I live life on the edge! \m/

Haha no definitely recommending a toothpick is a better idea! It's such a tiny hole though it might be difficult to do with a toothpick. Although, if you take of the battery cover (which I recommend doing), the hole is actually a rubber piece so it's flexible and you can fit more in there if you know what I mean.
