Help Caller Id not working properly

When I call my husband it shows on his mobile as 'private number'. This has only started to happen recently. Previously it showed my name as set up in his contacts. When I send him a text, my name shows up as it always did.

Also it seems to be the only number in my contacts which this happens to.

Anyone got any ideas?

Is his number showing if he calls other people? If it isn't then the problem is with either his call settings (set to withhold caller id - check Settings > Call > Additional settings) or his account. If it just affects you I'd still check his settings as well as yours, though in that case it's not obvious what it might be.

He hasn't changed the way he calls you recently, e.g. using an Internet calling app of some sort? When my mother in law calls our landline using Skype it presents as an international call, so if he's not using a regular cellular call that might make a difference.

Thanks Hadron. The problem is when I call him, not when he calls me. My settings look OK (Caller Id is NOT witheld), and when I call other people, they recognise my caller Id. No recent change to the way calls are made. Been using regular cell calls for years.
