Help Caller ID Readout - Not Working?

Hi all,

Have a problem with my Motorola Defy.

I have enabled the Menu > Settings > Call settings > Caller ID Readout > Caller ID Then Ring, however the phone still does not read out the caller name from my contact list.

Have tried formatting the numbers and contacts in different ways but have had no luck.

Any ideas??

Do you have TTS (Text to Speech) enabled and downloaded the TTS library?
