Is there a tip or trick out there, or maybe even an app, that will allow the caller ID to be hidden for the next phone call and then go back to being visible after the call is done? I hoped it would be on the cupcake update but I can't find it.

If your carrier supports it dial *67,(###)###-#### where all the #'s are the phone number you're dialing.

In the UK you can add 141 to the start of any numbers you want to call without showing your number (if you add it to their number in your contacts they'll never see your number). So I guess it varies from country to country.
