Caller ID

Quick question. Why does my M8 almost always give me the name of the caller/business when I receive calls (when I haven't saved it as a contact) but my S4 rarely did if the contact wasn't already saved in my phone?

When u get a new phone, it automatically does it for a month or so, after that they ask if u wanna pay for the service.. That's what I've noticed when I get a new phone anyway
