Hey, so I am trying to get MMS setup on my Rogers HTC magic and I can't get it to work. I have 3g and edge working fine. I just can't seem to get MMS to work.

So I called AT&T they gave me this info

server name
at&tmms

gateway
wireless.cingular.com

port#
80

server address
http://mmsc.cingular.com

conect via
medianet

send limits
600k
so the android APN is setup up differently so I called HTC and they just told me to input this

Name: medianet
APN: wap.cingular
Proxy:
Port:
Username:
Password:
Server:
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy:
MMS Port: 80
MCC:310
MNC:410
APN Type:
and I searched the internet and found this

Name: MMS
APN: wap.cingular
Proxy: leave blank
Port: leave blank
Username:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password:CINGULAR1
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
MMS Port: 80
MCC:310
MNC:410
APN Type: mms
and none of the above work.

can anyone help?

Thanks

I'm using the second settings that you posted and it works fine. Did you reboot your phone after you set the MMS settings in your APN? Best if you do.
