Apologies if this has been dealt with before - searches did not pop anything obvious.
I'm looking for an app that integrates calling card dialing (i.e. access number and pin) with contacts. Something where I can easily search for a contact as normal and then choose to direct call or call via the calling card.
Calling Card Pal is great, but only for international calls.

It has no ability to distinguish national long distance in Canada (9 digits) from local 9 digit calling. I need something that either can memorize whether or not to use a calling card for a specific number, or always give me the choice. There are several apps out there that do this, but none that I found that integrate with contacts so calls can be made without opening the calling card app.
Have I missed one that does this integration?
Thanks!
