Help Calling issues with galaxy s4 boost mobile

jrooga85

Lurker
My fiance is having issues with boost mobile when she recieves and makes calls. She is using my old sprint galaxy s4 through boost mobile which they said wouldnt be an issue. About 3 weeks ago boost sent her a new sim card because she was having issues getting the 4g lte service and it fixed the issue a week later is when the calling issues started. She keeps getting a message when she calls saying (as of july 1st 2008 voice commad has been discontinued). And there is another error message with a woman but cant remember what it says and it hangs up the call. These messages only come up when she tries to make calls. Receiving calls usually dont go through unless you call more then once and boost mobile does not know what the issue is. Has anyone else had this issue or could give advice as to what to do? Thanks

Stay away from Boost Mobile... Take it back to the store and demand a fix.

That wasn't even a legitimate statement. There's nothing wrong with Boost Mobile, probably just the device. The only time I've had issues were when a tower got hit by lightning, which happens everywhere for all Carriers. Ya might need to report a tower being down. I say stay away from metro T-Mo but I can accurately legitimize it by stating with fact that you'll lose service when you drive outta the town you bought a metro/T-Mo device in. [emoji41] I've used Boost Mobile many years and rarely ever have any kind of issues plus way better coverage in more areas than Most Carriers account for

Here's your quote: She is using my old sprint galaxy s4 through boost mobile which they said wouldnt be an issue.
If they told you this, then they need to honor what they told you.
