Calling on the Acer Iconia Tablet

Good Morning all, I just purchased an Acer Iconia tablet and i was wondering is there an app available so i can make a phone call to someone? I was trying google voice but it only appears to give me voice mail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VoIP apps like Heywire or GrooveIP should be able to do it.
