Help Calling screen lag

When I get a call the screen needs 2 to 3 seconds to turn to answer the call and it annoys me. Way I could fix this?
 
Me too! Also to finish a call it lags by a couple seconds. I can answer it with my moto 360 instantly, and it syncs fine with my phone. It's so much easier that way. I have over 200 apps I think which I think is the reason for lag; too many background processes
