My problem: Bought a brand new Virgin mobile LG olympus elite from Best buy last week. At 2am today, I tried to send a text and it just kept saying "sending..." but never sent. Kept trying for 6 hours. Would not send. I received 1 message from someone who was in another town. Could not respond. Tried calling out. Would not even give me a dial tone before it said the signal was lost and beeped at me. Boyfriend got home from work and realized he had the same problem even though he was able to receive a phone call from someone when he was 20 minutes away from home. Can browse internet through home wi-fi. Have called tech support. They told me to take our phones back. Any ideas? Ever since we bought the phones up til this morning they worked perfect. Now nothing works and the network bar is white. Before it was green.. ?
Anything would help. I have literally reset the phone 10 times. Oh and anytime I call the number from the house phone, I get a busy signal.. ???
