Hi, I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions on an issue that popped up recently. I have an LG G4 and it is in a quick circle case. The circle was working fine when I first started using it. Over the last three days, however, when I receive a call with the case closed, the phone is not displaying the call in the circle. It lights up the screen and I can see that there is a call, but I cannot respond to the call without flipping open the case. I did not intentionally change any settings on the phone during this time, but perhaps I did something inadvertently. I would appreciate any assistance and suggestions you could provide. Thank you.
The phone is a stock system, using Android 5.1 with kernel 3.10.49. The software is version LS991ZV6.
