Hi there,
I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro MK16a that I bought used. It is on 4.0.4, build number 4.1.B.0.587. It was working great for months, but recently it has been having issues with calls and texts.
Sometimes, when I dial a number it will say "connecting", not ring, and disconnect. This will happen two or three times before I'm able to make a call. Other times, people call me and it goes direct to voicemail, even when the phone says it is connected. Same with texts: sometimes it will take hours for me to send and receive texts.
I have a new SIM, and I have tested out other SIMs and they have the same issue, so I think it must having something to do with the phone. I've done the factory resets and restores and used the software updater multiple times.
I'm hoping you might have some advice. Thanks.
