Calls don't come through sometime when I'm in a wi-fi setting. But some do. When I'm off of wifi, everything comes through. I was wondering was the problem would be and if anybody has a solution.

do you have wifi calling set up on your phone? has this always been an issue? was this after an update?

Everything is set up I believe although I typed wifi calling on the search bar and nothing popped up. I got the phone in May and it worked fine up til this problem until December so it was probably an update.
well you can put the phone in safe mode which prevents 3rd party apps from running. this will help to determine whether an app is causing your issue.
you can also do a factory reset and see if that helps. if that does not work then you might have a hardware issue and you might need to take the phone in to your carrier.
