Help calls

Hello, and God bless... I have LG Esteem. I get 4g, I can receive calls, I can send and receive text messages, I can also surf the web at lightning speeds, but I can't make an outgoing call to save my life. Whenever I attempt to make a call I get a busy signal and a error message that says "lost call"... can someone help me please?.

Did you try to update the prl . You can do this just go to dialer and *228 and press 5 . And then try to call if it don't work . Post back cause you may need to do manual program

I can't dial out not even *228 I get a bust signal and it says "programming unsucessful"
