Help Camara Never Works Always Black

My camara on my Sprint Note 4 never works its been like that a while. It never opens. It crashes.
Even apps that uses the camera cant really function.

Start off by clearing the camera cache and data, if that doesn't resolve and it's causing an issue with other camera apps, you're potentially looking at faulty hardware which means you'll have to contact Samsung/your network.

Sometimes it opens and I use it is just most of the time I want to open the camera and well it just never does.

I use stock and many opens same reason is just a black nothing

I cant contact neither never really do anything plus no insurance. and I dont want a refurbished anyways... This phone looks new even though I order it when it came out. Always had a case never drop treated nice. Refurbished phone always suck with the experiences I had in the past.

There should be a 1 year manufacturers warranty from Samsung. They may repair it instead of giving you a refurbished device. Contact them anyway to see what they have to say about it.

Hmm! Sounds like you got yourself a defected device. Just take it back and exchange for another one. I've am an android person. Everyone of my samsung galaxy phones that I've had. I have never ran into an issues with them. So I had grown to love samsung smartphone product. My only advice is take really good care of your device and they'll last you for a long time. Carelessness will give you bad experience with the product hence making you hate the product.
