Camera 360, can't move or reinstall full

So I purchased Camera 360 full version via Paypal in the app it'self.
I have now upgraded devices coming from the Sprint Hero to an Epic 4G.
I reinstalled Camera 360 but I dont have full version, it wants me to purchase it again.
Am I doing something wrong?

If you read the fine print that you signed off on when you installed Camera 360 fullversion I think you will find that you acquired the right to use the app on that particular phone or tablet. So not on another one...

I missed that.
I assumed it was like every paid app and could be carried over to another device.
For $4 it's not worth it.
I dont recommend that app to anyone.
