Help camera.app not stock?

Does the hydro have a lite.version of.camera.apk?
The video editing options for ICS seem to be.missing, like using
background animations etc.
Wonder if there is an alternate camera.apk to try?

i use Ucam.. it has all those options that i need, plus it lets me set the buttons for shutter, flash, zoom and everything... not to mention it does let you use the lockscreen shortcut for it

Well, if you're rooted, try using titanium backup to backup your existing camera.apk. then google some kind of ics Rom (try cm9) install the camera.apk from that rom. If it doesn't work just restore your old camera.
