Apps Camera capture from PC screen

Hi guys,

I need to record video of PC screen by phone (nexus 5). Usually recorded video looks nicely, but sometimes there are overlapped frames:

Is any camera parameters, that can be set to avoid this blur? Or may be some tricks to record video from PC screen?

Since it's not the camera that's recording the screen, there's no setting in the camera app that will affect it. What you're seeing in that attachment looks like a recording or playback that's not fast enough. It can be due to a slow recording app, a slow phone or a phone running too much at one time for the hardware capability it has. (Running a CPU-intensive game, and trying to records the screen at the same time, takes more power than most phones have.)
