Camera click-snap sound

This seems like it should be a setting in the phone. A setting should be available in the camera menu as well as the system's "sounds" settings.

I have a couple volume apps installed. One keeps my ringer always on vibrate, even if I accidentally hit the volume rocker. Another app has sliders for individual sounds like alarm and notifications. When I turn down the "system" slider, the camera sound goes down as well.

I'd really like to know what is included in "system" sound.

when i turn up the "system volume" using the Quick Settings app, clicks on my phone (as in, when i press icons on the desktop) are really loud.

that's all i know for sure that counts as "system" off the top of my head.

I wish I had thought about the click more and worked on it before I took my kids to santa. We got admonished for taking a picture because we didn't buy and that little click seemed so Loud.

It really should be a setting inside the camera app, but I just turn to vibrate with my widget and I'm all good.
